Return Policy
At RefinedLace.com, we offer a 14-day refund window: you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unworn and in its original condition
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging (including any clear garment bag with SKU label)
Note: We do not accept exchanges, and any return sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: No restocking fee applies—you’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping costs, provided you notify us promptly (see “Damages and Issues,” below).
Items marked Final Sale at purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization email with instructions.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and arranging the carrier.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include photos of the issue.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Buyer’s remorse refunds will reflect a 20% restocking fee deduction.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
